Import your Gmail contacts

  1. Sign into Gmail
  2. Click the Gmail sign in the top-left corner of your Gmail page, and choose Contacts
  3. From the More actions drop-down menu, select Export…
  4. Choose what contacts you want to export and the format of the file
  5. Choose whether to export all contacts or only one group. Refer to this gmail support answer for more details.
    We support all 3 formats: Google CSV, Outlook CSV and vCard, so it’s not important which one you choose.
